September CLASSROOM RESOURCES
Fall Leaves Same & Different Task Cards
These task cards are designed to help improve observation and critical thinking skills by identifying similarities and differences in fall leaves. They are great for cognitive development and enhancing attention to detail.
Match It! Fall Fun
This activity set teaches matching skills in a fun fall-themed way. Great addition to a sensory bin.
Let's Write a List: Fall Topics
With this resource, students can learn the functional skill of writing a list to organize their thoughts and ideas around various fall topics. It's a great tool for your writing center.
Weekly Staff Focus Sheet
I'm featuring this one in September because now that the chaos of back to school is over, it's so important to start training paraprofessionals. This is a quick and easy way to target training skills in your classroom. Read the blog post here for more info, and grab the free focus sheet in the resource library.

Fall Leaf Puzzles
I love that the leaf images are realistic and age-appropriate. You could easily create an independent work task with these puzzles or add them to your fine motor rotations.
Woodland Creatures Sticker Sheets
These reusable woodland creatures sticker sheets are such fun and independent work tasks. Just snap some pictures of the faces put together, print and laminate, and students re-create the face in your independent workstation. If you want to try this, I'm creating a freebie to add to the resource library as soon as my Amazon package comes! These would also be fun to add to a writing project.
Acorn Alphabet Activity
This activity can help students learn and practice the alphabet in a fun and engaging way. It's a great word work center or even an independent work task!
Sensory Leaves Math Activity Set
The sensory leaves math activity set can be used to teach math concepts like counting, addition, subtraction, and patterns through hands-on learning. Students can touch, feel, and manipulate the leaves to understand mathematical concepts better. I love that the leaves are hard and durable for those students who tend to destroy laminated pieces.
Mushroom Number Match Task
This task is designed to help students practice number recognition and counting skills. Students can match the numbers on the mushrooms with the corresponding quantity of dots or lines, reinforcing their understanding of numbers and quantities. It's also a great fine motor activity.
Fall Leaves & Pumpkins Table Scatter
The fall leaves & pumpkin table scatter can be used for counting activities, sorting by color or shape, or even to add to your fall-themed sensory bottles or sensory bins.
Fall Leaf Puzzles
These puzzles can be used to improve problem-solving skills and cognitive development. Students can work individually or in groups to assemble the pieces and create a complete picture of fall leaves.
